One of the most common problems we see with leaders and organizations, no matter how successful they are, is “Lone Ranger Syndrome.” This may result by focusing on growing your organization and impact, rather than being part of a much bigger dream—God’s dream for the world. Symptoms may include feelings of being isolated, stuck, or not living up to your potential. To achieve your God-given dreams, you must collaborate with others to achieve theirs. Every big dream needs a dream team.
A second challenge many leaders face is COMMUNICATION. They do not understand how to draw in the nets, how to capitalize on relationships they have built with people over their lifetimes. They do not have the strategies and systems to communicate regularly and effectively with people in their networks and to build a global community.
A third common challenge is CLARITY. When you are not clear on your purpose and God-given dream, you will lack focus and find yourself doing too many things, thereby losing effectiveness. Without the help of an expert dream coach, few leaders are able to see how their dreams intertwine with those of others and if they do, how to bring the people and dreams together in a forum that benefits everyone.
